Sunday Evening

It's quiet now in the hospital. Shifts are changing and Greg just stopped and said good night. We will let the new nurse get everything situated and then tell Mama goodnight. All of the kids were here today and they are all headed for their homes and their work except Jim and I, who have no "work".

Tomorrow will be an important milestone again in the healing process. They took the Chest drain tube or tubes out today and mama ate a little bit of supper. Not too much, perhaps her appetite will be good for tomorrow. She has a good sense of humor and recall and we had a nice visit with her .

So good-night or good morning to all of our big family and friend circle, its time to say 'by for now.

Hey Grandma,
I want you to know that for some reason I have a hard time leaving comments. I read this everyday 2-3 times to keep updated.
I am glad things are going well, you keep up the good work. You really haven't been missing much out here in the big world outside beyond those hospital doors. Accept maybe Rain, Rain and yeah more Rain. Oh you did miss the big rush to the gas pumps after the big rumors that gas was going up to 6.00 or more dollars a gallon. You know basic Economics you get people to purchase more supplies go down and guess what gas goes up with our with out IKE hitting Texas. Any way enough of that.
Your Cody had a Cross Country Meet in Lansing at MSU Friday and two hockey games this weekend. I am with Lynn I feel like I am a taxi driver but without pay. School is also going well for him, he is into his third week of 10th grade. I can not believe how time flies and to think Grandma how many times you have seen kids start school and finish. Remarkable. I hope I am so lucky as you.

I forgot, Sorry :( Hi back Lynn it really is great to hear from you and everyone else. We just need to get Kim or Kris to report from there side and I think we will have at someone from all the grandchildren reporting! I know Kim is reading because she emails her frustration of not being able to log on. She blames the photo scan guy who set this thing up whoever that is LOL

Hi, Lynn, Vicki, Kerry, Photo Scanning Guy Dude, Kim, Chris, Gaye, and all your families.

We need to get some bumper stickers made up that say, "The family that BLOBS together, stays together!"

Grandma, it sounds like everything is rolling along quite nicely for you. Keep on, keeping on.

I love you, Art
