Respiratory Update

One of the big concerns with Mom is that she has a diminished lung capacity. She's on a ventilator and the quicker she gets off the better!

Marlene bumped into the Doctor who's managing Mom's breathing and found out the following.

• Most all her numbers look good
• Her kidney function is somewhat diminished
• One key number to get off the vent has gotten better than before the surgery
• Mom is still sedated and will be for a few hours
• She was stable all through surgery
• She is in her room and has lots of staff.

Don't try to call her room yet.......
