Hi,
An update on Mother. Yesterday (4) there was a problem with the heat and water in mom's room. The nurses bathed her in cold water, which was not the right thing to do. It seems that they did not know how to operate the system to get the warm water to work. While that problem was solved, the heat was not, and she had to be moved to another room (D306).
A nurse will be with us later today to explain what we need to expect from the surgery and the recovery, and therapy, etc. We are not sure of the time of this meeting, but she wanted to give enough notice so we could plan to be there.
The surgery is going to be scheduled for Tuesday (?).

Just wanted to let you know that you have been in my thoughts all week. I am glad to hear things are looking better. I am not to happy they can not tell cold from warm water but I am sure you set them the straight.
