Good morning ,
About 9 AM Mom is breathing on her own. The vent has been removed! Praise the Lord! Things went as Dr. Jones said they would thus far. She had a good night, finally got some rest after 19 days in the hospital. We knew that she would make it since her outlook has been better than most of us. Her spirits were really good! That seems to make a big difference in a person's recovery. So does prayer!

Praise the Lord! I don't think I can add anything to that. God has done a mighty work!! I love you, Grandma, you're a strong lady. Thanks everyone for pulling the long shifts and taking the time to keep us informed. You'll never know how much it means.
